Caring for your jewelry

Sterling Silver:

I would suggest using a polishing cloth for cleaning the silver pendant.

Silver dip cleaner can be purchased from any local jewelry shop to clean your chain. DO NOT dip your pendant in the silver cleaning solution, as this may remove the oxidation that has made the lettering black.

Oxidation (tarnishing) happens when sterling silver comes in contact with oxygen, it is unavoidable. However, with the proper care, your necklace with look good as new for years to come.

Vintage Brass: Please be careful about cleaning your charm with polishes b/c some of the caramelized brown finish may come off that gives it that antique feel. Instead just wipe off with a plain soft cloth.

Copper: Use a soft cloth to brighten the surface.
